Performed badly, weight-training can do untold damage to our bodies. Never more so, that when we're young and our bones are still growing.
For this reason, it's imperative that the correct lifting techniques are instilled from day 1, so as to reduce the risk of injury and joint problems in later life. My passion is weight-training, and so with over 25 years experience, you can be confident that you're in safe hands. I will show you how to and how not to lift weights!
