Personal Training- How does it work?
My job is to help you get fit, but more importantly to ensure you stay fit. I know that it's as important to manage motivation as to follow the right exercise programme.
What does this mean for you? I'll spend time with you understanding what you need and I'll work with you in a variety of ways to help you achieve you goals. It's all about finding what works for you. That might be one-to-one personal training sessions or it might be finding way for you to incorporate exercise into your life, in your own way, at your own pace.
My philosophy is that you know best. So I won't just tell you what to do: I'll work with you to find solutions that genuinely work for you.
You're not just paying for my time during our one-to-one sessions. Outside of our sessions, I'll be on hand with support, encouragement and expert advice.
