Bootcamps
Experience the expertise of a personal trainer with the motivation of a group session.
The sessions are designed to help you achieve you health and fitness goals including losing weight, toning muscle and improving your fitness. People of all levels of fitness are welcome and you will be able to take the classes at your own pace.
Exercising is a great way to increase your energy levels and a fantastic way to end the day.
I often hold these on the Lower Cricket Ground, Tunbridge Wells, but as a 'mobile' personal trainer, we can choose a location to suit you. The sessions offer complete flexibility, so I can run a one-off bootcamp or corporate team build, right through to a on-going event.
The minimum number required for a bootcamp is six people. Each session is only £10 per head.
